• Onboarding event is integrated with Oracle iRecruitment solution.
• When a person is eligible for OnBoarding Life Event, system will create a sequence of tasks, that one need to performed.
• System will also can generate a parallel tasks, performer being different, but can have same task end date . Ex: When person was hired, an task will be sent to him to update his/her personal details, and a parallel task can be sending IT Office asking them to create an company email/user account. Performer on these events are not the same. Performer can be a Role or Individual
• New hire tasks optionally can request for an e-Consent for to complete the Task. Ex: If HR wants, a new hire to sign Company policies, task can be enabled to have eConsent on task.
• Documents that are used in Tasks are configurable by the employer and date tracked.
• Consented documents are maintained using Document Management functionality.
